INJECTION +1 DAY

No pain yesterday until late at night. I believe the Lidocaine wore off around noon because I'd feel the occasional twinge, but nothing more.

Today I woke up with an achey soreness and a low grade throbbing pain. My knee feels like it needs to pop back into place, but it won't which is frustrating. As I move around on it, it starts to feel better, but once I stop the pain intensifies. red bodycon knee length dresses

I guess that means I just need to keep moving...which also means I should learn to sleepwalk.
