On my knees planting some roses today. A few hours later, I started getting some intense pain on the outside of my knee. I guess I overstrained when I was sinking those holes for the roses. Hot Bath and some hot stuff liniment, and now a heating pad plus a beer. Never had such pain in my knee... until now. prom of gold
