Chicken Cordon
Description: Wrap cheese and ham with chicken breast fillet and serve with creamy withe sauce.

Ingredients
8 pcs chicken breast fillet ...
8 slices Swiss cheese
8 slices ham
3 Tbsp all-purpose flour
1 tsp smoked Spanish paprika or other paprika
6 Tbsp unsalted butter
1 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup dry white wine (or chicken broth for substitute)
1 Tsp chicken bouillon granules
1 Tbsp cornstarch
1 cup heavy whipping cream (or all purpose cream)

Procedure
1. Pound the chicken breast with meat tenderizer until flattened.
2. Lay the sliced ham and cheese. Put 1/2” space from the edge.
3. Roll the chicken and lock using toothpick.
4. In a small mixing bowl mix flour and paprika.
5. Dredge the chicken.
6. In a medium heat pan put oil and butter until it melts.
7. Fry all sides of chicken rolls
8. Add white wine or chicken stock and bouillon granules. Adjust the heat to low, cover and simmer for 25 to 30 minutes until chicken is cooked. Ucenter Dress code for semi formal items
9. Remove the chicken and remove the toothpick. Place on a serving plate or bowl.
10. Mix cornstarch and cream and pour in the pan slowly while stirring until the sauce becomes thick.
11. Pour the sauce over the chicken, garnish with sliced leeks and serve!
